Please do not send more sensitive information than needed. Prefer secure attachments for medical records.
3. Why we use your data
Primary: respond to inquiries and provide coordination services; match you with appropriate hospital or specialist pathways; arrange logistics when requested; send written plans, updates, and handoff materials; comply with applicable law.
Secondary (optional): improve the website and services; send service updates if you opt in.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Transfers and sharing
We may share relevant information with the hospital facility coordinating your care and its clinical or administrative teams (or other facilities you approve); independent physicians and specialists in the network; logistics providers strictly as needed; and advisors or authorities when required by law.
We share only what is reasonably necessary for coordination. Treating providers are responsible for their own clinical records and duties.
5. Your rights (ARCO)
Subject to Mexican law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) and related rights. Email contact@onestopcabohealth.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within time frames required by applicable law once counsel finalizes this notice.
6. Cookies
The site may use essential cookies and basic analytics. Control cookies in your browser. A detailed cookie list may be added later.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, disputes, and legal requirements. Counsel will refine periods in the final version.
