Medical Coordination Disclaimer and Release (Interim)

I understand that One Stop Cabo Health is a third-party medical concierge / coordinator linking patients with hospitals and doctors. It is not the hospital and not the treating physician.

I understand that diagnosis, imaging interpretation, surgery, anesthesia, prescriptions, and clinical follow-up are provided by the hospital and/or independent licensed professionals (including care coordinated with top-level private hospital facilities in Los Cabos and network specialists). Those providers are responsible for their professional services.

I understand that no website statement or coordination plan guarantees a medical outcome, cure, specific surgeon, exact schedule, or complication-free care.

I represent that information and records I share are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize One Stop Cabo Health to share that information with the hospital, specialists, and logistics partners as needed to coordinate my inquiry and care.

I agree not to use One Stop Cabo Health or this website for emergencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release One Stop Cabo Health and its owners, staff, and contractors from claims arising out of the clinical acts, omissions, or outcomes of third-party hospitals, physicians, laboratories, or other independent providers, except to the extent such claims arise from One Stop Cabo Health’s own fraud or willful misconduct. This does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Counsel must finalize under Mexican law.

I understand I may need to sign additional consents directly with the hospital and clinicians before procedures.
