Terms of Use

Interim draft for website use. This is not formal legal advice. A Mexican attorney should review and finalize this text. Last updated: September 19, 2026.

1. Agreement

By using onestopcabohealth.com or contacting One Stop Cabo Health, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.

2. Who we are

One Stop Cabo Health provides medical concierge and care-coordination services. We help patients inquire about, plan, and coordinate diagnostics and treatment pathways with hospitals and independent physicians — including care coordinated at top-level private hospital facilities in Los Cabos.

We are not a hospital, clinic, laboratory, or emergency service. We are not your treating physician. We do not practice medicine through this website.

3. No medical advice on this website

Site content is general information only — not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or prescription. For emergencies, use local emergency services.

4. Nature of our services

Our role may include responding to inquiries; reviewing information for coordination; matching specialist or facility pathways; coordinating logistics; organizing written plans and handoffs.

Clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, prescribing, and procedure consent belong to the licensed professionals and facility that treat you.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information. Do not misuse the site.

6. Dates and availability

Timelines on the site (such as typical reply times) are goals, not guarantees.

7. Fees

Coordination fees and clinical fees may be separate. Prices are confirmed in writing for your case. The website is not a fixed quote.

8. Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to One Stop Cabo Health or its licensors.

9. Partners

References to hospitals or physicians do not mean we employ or control them unless stated in writing.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is.”

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, One Stop Cabo Health and its owners, staff, and contractors are not liable for clinical acts, omissions, or outcomes of hospitals, physicians, labs, or other independent providers; for third-party delays; or for indirect damages from use of the site or coordination services. Some limits may not apply under Mexican law — counsel will finalize. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Indemnity (interim)

You agree to indemnify One Stop Cabo Health against claims from your misuse of the site, false information, or failure to follow treating-provider instructions — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct. Counsel to refine.

13. Privacy

See the Privacy Notice / Aviso de Privacidad.

14. Governing law

[GOVERNING LAW / VENUE — ATTORNEY TO SET]. Until finalized, these Terms are intended to be read under applicable Mexican law for services offered from Los Cabos, B.C.S., without creating a binding venue by implication.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version.
